Advertising

We understand advertising research and are sensitive to the relationship between an agency and their client. Our ability to step in as a partner adds value to the agency’s overall marketing strategies.

We were integrally involved with the nationally recognized “Highways or Dieways” highway safety campaign from the early stages of concept development through the continuous tracking of awareness and impact.

Electric Utilities

Whether residential, commercial or industrial customers, we have worked with electric utilities to manage their relationships with customers. Over the years, we have developed a detailed understanding of utility issues and a base of information that provides a context for intuitive judgment.

Healthcare/Hospice

We conduct research for a variety of healthcare-related industries, including hospitals, hospice, physicians, insurance companies, and associations. Studies range from general image and awareness studies, advertising development, name and/or logo development, new product/service/facility development, strategic planning, to patient satisfaction monitoring and employee surveys.

Government

From highway transportation and safety issues to economic development to monitoring the demographic distribution of lottery players, we have worked with many government agencies to help guide their decisions and improve public services.

Education

We have conducted numerous research projects for private schools, public school districts, technical colleges, state universities, private colleges, alumni associations and the SC Education Oversight Committee.  Studies include general consumer sentiment,  rebranding and positioning efforts, ad campaign effectiveness testing, logo testing and decision processes for secondary school selection.

Food & Beverage

From new product development to packaging and branding, our research has touched virtually every area of the food industry, including advertising development, taste tests, in home use tests, product recall, packaging and name testing.

We have worked with brands including Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Dean Foods, Hot Pockets, Perdue and Tyson in areas such as new product introduction, package and label design, product naming and brand development.

Non-Profits

We have conducted a variety of studies for non-profits such as United Way of the Midlands, Junior Achievement of SC, Children’s Trust, SC State Museum, Riverbanks Zoo, SC Philharmonic and EdVenture.  The types of studies include exit surveys, program testing, member satisfaction, market penetration, advertising development and volunteer participation.
